Abstract
On this land full of promise in Linjiaping Town, Lin County, Lüliang City, Shanxi Province, Shanxi Qikouhong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. has reached a milestone moment. On July 18, 2025, the inaugural meeting of the Women’s Committee of Shanxi Qikouhong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was held with great ceremony. Lin Lihong, the deputy mayor of Linjiaping Town and chairwoman of the town’s Women’s Federation, attended the meeting.
The meeting was conducted in accordance with relevant regulations, including the Articles of Association of the All-China Women's Federation and the Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Women's Federation. By a show-of-hands vote, the director, deputy director, and members of the Women’s Committee of Shanxi Qikou Hong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. were elected.
Xue Jinlan, the newly elected director of the Women’s Committee, delivered an enthusiastic inaugural speech. She stated that she would lead the members of the Women’s Committee to actively fulfill their duties, pay close attention to the work and lives of female employees, provide them with more training and development opportunities, and organize a variety of enriching activities to enhance female employees’ sense of belonging and cohesion.
Chen Yongzhen, Chairman of Shanxi Qikou Hong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., warmly congratulated the establishment of the Women’s Committee. He stated that women are a vital driving force behind the company’s development. As a leading enterprise, the company will fully support the work of the Women’s Committee and create a favorable environment for the growth of female employees. He expressed his hope that the Women’s Committee will play its role by helping female employees enhance their skills, achieve remarkable results in innovation and creativity, contribute to fostering harmony, and shine brightly in the company’s development.
After the meeting, all participants gathered together for a group photo. Dressed in uniform attire and radiating smiles, they captured this milestone moment.
