Our flagship product is 6° handmade aged red date vinegar, with extended offerings including ready-to-eat health products such as vinegar-soaked black beans. It’s perfect for use as a side dish accompaniment, for direct consumption, and as a seasoning in various culinary applications.

Edible fungi

The jujube wood-based substrate imparts shiitake mushrooms with a firm texture, a dark reddish-brown color, and an intense aroma. It is rich in elements such as magnesium, potassium, and selenium, and contains 2.5 times more linoleic acid than ordinary shiitake mushrooms, giving it significant nutritional and medicinal value.

Leveraging the industrial advantages of Linxian County, Shanxi Province—the “Home of Chinese Jujubes”—we have built a complete industrial chain spanning from cultivation to processing.

Qikou Jujube Grove

At the beginning of 2018, under the earnest implementation throughout the county of the “Spirit of the 19th National Congress,” the “Rural Revitalization Strategy,” and the call to “win the battle to safeguard the jujube industry,” our company conducted a thorough study and decided to establish the “Lin County Xingtai Agricultural and Pastoral Specialized Cooperative.” Leveraging the “Qikou Red” brand, we have created the “Qikou Red Ecological Science and Education Picking Garden” (hereinafter referred to as the “Base”). The Base has initially taken shape as an integrated ecological park encompassing ancient jujube tree conservation, jujube research, science education, popular science outreach, training, seedling cultivation, leisure and vacation activities, sightseeing and picking tours, online ordering, photography and sketching, wedding photography, homestay experiences, and red tourism. The Base adopts a multi-modal, three-dimensional economic structure. In particular, for the protection of the ancient jujube trees, we have implemented measures such as delineating protected areas with fences, placing identification plaques, and inviting well-known figures to adopt and take responsibility for specific trees.
